Who is Instacare? What kind of services do you offer?
Instacare Home Health Solutions, LLC. is a home health care agency specializing in meeting the needs of the elderly and disabled. “Home care” refers to assistance provided to individuals in their homes’ privacy to foster a sense of normalcy and independence. - Personal Care Assistance – Assistance with bathing, dressing, medications, exercise
- Homemaking – Cooking, light cleaning, running errands
- Appointment Escort
- Companionship & Emotional Support

Are your aides supervised?
Yes. Nurses build a plan from the start to ensure that our aides give the right and proper care plan. Then, our nurses check to make sure that the care plan is being followed every 60 days.

How can I trust your choice of a CHHA?
We perform a rigorous examination of every prospective employee during the hiring process. The procedure for screening a CHHA includes a thorough interview process and a criminal background check.
Once a CHHA is hired, a “matchmaking” process matches the aide with the client for whom s/he is best suited. Every CHHA is briefed on the client’s unique needs but may undergo additional training when necessary.
What if I’m not happy with your services?
We do our best to please our clients; however, we also understand that concerns are bound to arise from time to time. We believe that resolutions begin with good relationships and open communication.
To that end, we encourage feedback and welcome any questions or complaints. Our administrative staff is available to address any dissatisfaction during regular office hours and explain the complaint process; otherwise, complaints may be directed via email.
We care about our clients, so rest assured that we will work attentively and cooperatively to amend any problems.
Which Medicaid HMOs do you work with? And do you accept Medicare or regular health insurance cover home care?
No, Medicare does not cover our home care.
Currently, we work with all Medicaid HMOs through their PCA and Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) programs.

What are the disadvantages of opting to hire independent health aides or uncertified caregivers?
Unregistered, uncertified, and unlicensed healthcare providers may do more harm than good; they may not know how to handle certain situations or, worse, do something untoward to their patients. And since they are unregulated, they are not required to follow health protocols and standards set forth by agencies.
Additionally, if you are to employ them directly, you will be responsible to pay for their insurance coverage, transportation fees, and other costs associated with an employer/employee relationship.
